FAQ

There are a lot of types of energy healers out there
and these are some frequently asked questions

1. Is it like Reiki?

Reiki has become quite popular and so it’s something most people associate with on some level. Reiki is a type of energy healing and has similarities in that it discovers what the body needs to release and it does it. There are many ways to do this. Whatever resonates with you is the right one. I know I have tried several different modalities. All were good. Each had it’s strengths.

2. So how is this different?

Integrated Healing is a mixture of several techniques and gets to the root of the problem by accessing the chakras (energy centers) of the body, and working on the block.

3. Are you gonna touch me?

I can do this virtually so all I need is your voice. In person, there may be some touching but basically I will be muscle testing your arm. There may be some protocols that may involve touching the head or the feet, but I will get your permission first.

4. What is muscle testing?

Muscle testing is a way to ask your body what it needs. This is easy to test with foods that are good for you. You can test, if the muscle is strong, it is something your body wants. If the muscle “releases”, it is not something your body wants. I can teach you how to use this as well.

5. What does it involve?

There are several parts to the process, but basically, I muscle test you to determine where we need to work. We “load the stress” and release it. It’s all done with the energy of unconditional love and that’s what makes it powerful.

6. I have had treatments and it comes back. How long does it last?

Every body is different and it’s willingness to release.
Sometimes it may involve change of habits as well.  For the most part, the results I have seen, continue to last many months and counting.

What People are Saying

"My eyesight was so bad that even with glasses, I could see so poorly that I was almost considered legally blind. If my shoulders were the Y-axis and my nose being the X-axis and an inclined plane what is my eyesight I could see about 15 to 20% with my peripheral vision. But what I was seeing had to be very close. Last night Jeanette and I met and we started my first consultation. I was excited because even just after that I could see better now I’m not seeing 2020 I’m seeing very cloudy vision but I could see up to 35°. That’s a big deal and this morning I saw improvement. This evening I would say that looking straight ahead that’s a degree that I can see is about 80°. This is not perfect vision this is still very cloudy but it is a heck of a lot more that I could see than yesterday. Let me put this in perspective, when I went to the grocery store I could not see a grocery cart or person pushing it from my right side I would walk into people by accident. I don’t think I’m gonna have that much of a problem now."
